This is not a title but a statement been given to all those experienced job seekers on the opportunities we have. Experience is something which comes with time,hardwork,focus,loyalty,truth,ethics and moralities. Unfortunately these criteria's are coming to a end and surprisingly its been encouraged by a new breed of people who think by saving pennies they will get pounds, unfortunately they lose pennies too. Why are we shutting out experienced professionals or persons who have worked hard to be there by doing their work and proving themselves for the chance they got, only after proving themselves in other words they climbed the hard steps and not go up by the elevators

A few fancy english words in communicating or a few slides copied slides from else where as presentation which is now called smart work does not make automatically qualify a newcomer for a opportunity good physical features too add to this but the truth remains work is work business is business

Nature says you need a father to run a family not a newborn or a younger sibling to do so, similarly a experienced professional is the same you need to run a enterprise or a organization or a company

Just by giving a chance to all should become a birth right of newcomer to claim the opportunity in our old golden days we had to prove ourselves to get that chance let this be a norm. If this continues then its a gamble and we are not running casinos here but companies

In these difficult times we need leaders not bosses after all a leader is made only after he has gone thorough the rough these pro and pre pandemic times we need leaders not fancy bosses

After all there should always be something more in a father than his son, respect us experienced professionals/persons by giving them the chances so that we in turn create chances for all by strengthening the organization with the time we had spend in making them.

This applies to all opportunities in Finance/Administration/Support functions

And as a closing remark without support nothing works
