Country Lane Foods- Incredible Journey Continues

At the end of this week I left our business for the journey home with a huge amount of pride with what we have achieved . I can honestly say I enjoy it so much its not work for me. The passion and enthusiasm of Scott and Nigel the business owners is infectious. I also want to mention Steve Martin our Production Manager ,Adrian Walker our Dispatch Manager, and the two youngsters recently promoted to our managerial team, Connor Wilson Production Supervisor and Emille Sharrock QA Supervisor who are doing incredibly well. Their hard work and dedication have seen us pick up four out of four gold awards for our products entered into the recent Taste of the West Awards, almost completed our QMS system based on BRC protocols and invoke on a huge training plan for staff signed off by yours truly.

We have also been approached from a huge dairy brand to help them develop their ambient and fresh yogurt product and presence within the UK market as part of our brand extension portfolio. Truly sustainable production is also on the agenda using hydrogen power, incredible projects to be involved with.

The success of any business comes down to its people and the business culture, treat people with respect and dignity, value their contribution and involve them and anything can be achieved. Thank you all at CLF for making this possible.
