I've been hearing a lot about the counter offerings for a long time, but I haven't published any evaluations about it until now.
Now, after speaking with a number of candidates who have accepted counter offers, I am publishing this piece.
No worries about taking counter offers, it might help you to get a good salary hike.?
After taking a counter offer there would be two things.
As someone is offering you a higher salary then someone else, they will definitely keep higher expectations from your end too.?
But while running behind the money hike game do remember to take care of the following things.?
If you are genuinely getting convincing answers for the above points then there is no big deal to accepting counteroffers. But if you are genuinely not getting satisfactory answers for the above points, please avoid going for the highest salary only.
