Did I ever mention how much work is going into preparing for this year's Fight for the Cure event?

Three (3) nights a week of intense training (and numerous visits to the Physio Therapist to keep me attuned)... but this is nothing compared to the strength that affected individuals put in to fight for their lives every day, or the time that affected family members and friends put in to support their loved ones.

I first want to take this opportunity to thank my Red Team members: Kammal Tannis, Micheal Burch and Stefan Keyes for their team support throughout this journey, and even more importantly, to everyone who has donated thus far, for your overwhelming support right out of the gate. Your donations have made YOU heroes not only in my eyes, but also for those families in need!

And while I am so grateful, our work is never quite done. To continue on the trend of working and training harder each day, I am continuing to raise the fundraising bar, and my overall target to $10,000 - and I need your help.

On September 23, 2017 I will be taking part in Fight for the Cure, and will be putting all of my training to the test, as myself and my new competitor, Sean Cavanagh, will enter the ring as friends with the united goal of combating cancer - we hope that you will support us as we "put ourselves out there"!
