Countdown to Qlik Connect: What I am looking forward to the most

It’s that time again when the excitement for Qlik’s annual conference Qlik Connect is building.? And while it’s officially my 10th year of attending Qlik’s flagship event, the anticipation never gets old for me!?

On 3-5 June, data professionals from our wonderful Qlik community across the world will gather in Orlando, Florida to explore the latest innovations in data integration, data quality, analytics, AI and machine learning.??

Attendees will hear from Qlik CEO Mike Capone and our executive team about Qlik’s vision, strategy and outlook, while I will join our AI Council on the mainstage to discuss the AI hot topics. We will also have terrific guest speakers including Qlik customers and partners Penske, JBS, Takeuchi, AWS, Deloitte and Accenture.??

What I’m looking forward to the most?

There’s a lot to be excited about, but here is what I am most looking forward to:??

1. Meeting with customers and partners from around the world. This is an obvious one, but as we work hard 365 days a year to make life easier for our clients and help them make the most out of their data, it is always rewarding to catch up face-to-face.??
2. Networking, exchanging ideas and sharing best practices with our AI Council, Executive Advisory Board, Partner Advisory Council and industry analysts to guide Qlik’s strategic direction for the year ahead.??
3. Joining our AI Council on stage for a deep dive into practical AI applications, inspiring data success stories, and a universe of insights.??
4. Learning from some of the best minds in the industry. While it’s hard to hand pick recommendations from a great catalogue of 100+ sessions, I am looking forward to the following discussions and presentations:??

• Unlock your data’s potential: integrating Qlik Cloud with generative AI?
• Unlocking the power of AI-ready data quality: strategies and success stories?
• Building a chatbot from your Qlik App using AWS: a step-by-step guide??
• Explainable insights and predictive analytics using Qlik?

A taste of Qlik’s latest innovations?

At Qlik, we are constantly innovating as we always look for ways to enhance our product portfolio, so our customers get the most value out of their data. Attendees will hear (and see!) more about what we have been up to behind the scenes, including how we are using the “answer engine” technology acquired from Kyndi to enable users to interrogate vast amounts of unstructured data.? We’ll also showcase some exciting news on our Qlik Talend data platform where our innovation is realizing our vision to create a unique enterprise data foundation for AI. Much to come at Qlik Connect on this and other exciting announcements!???

I am also excited about our showcase for Qlik’s new ESG Solution. Qlik Connect attendees should not miss our Sustainability area on the expo floor, where you will get to hear more about the ways you can leverage Qlik to solve your data challenges for ESG reporting and play with our new demo app.? Time to get out of your spreadsheets!?
