Human Resources is one interesting career where one meets all kinds of behavioural attributes which if not understood properly may lead to wrong interpretation of actions and subsequent very wrong re-actions.
I have realised that counselling is a very important tool to human management. Low performance may not necessarily be as a result of lack of knowledge, low IQ or sorts like that but as a result of inherent passion for something else of which with proper guidance and counselling, increased and better performance on same job function can be achieved,
