Here at Aspire Achieve Advance (3AAA) we strive in providing high quality apprentices through our Grade 1 Outstanding apprenticeship programmes in the technical side of IT, digital marketing and business administration based in Newcastle City Centre.  We offer a 100% free recruitment service providing you with a work ready apprentice at no extra cost than the National apprenticeships minimum wage of ￡3.30 (which you pay the apprentice directly, not ourselves).

Please see below a snapshot of three current apprentices that I'm working with who are seeking an exiting opportunity to develop and grow as a professional.  Alternatively, if you already have an employee within your business between the ages of 16-24, we can offer them free training toward a BTEC Level 3 or 4 qualification by enrolling them on to one of our apprenticeship programmes.

Dario:  I consider myself as a hard-working and dedicated individual as I am always happy to put 100% of my effort into each task I am assigned to.  During my time at college I was tasked on working with a small development team to use software for the development of games whether that be 3D modelling or putting together a map from scratch.

• Experience using Unreal Engine 4 and Frostbite Engine.
• Comfortable using the tools/functions in Photoshop. 
• Currently learning C++ in my spare time.

Conor:  Very hard working in my approach and comfortable meeting deadlines with work of a high standard.  I can work effectively within a team or equally efficient working independently.  One of my strongest attributes are my problem solving skills particularly in mathematics which I believe is a transferable skill and can be utilized in a number of environments.  In terms of IT I like working with hardware and troubleshooting equipment in my own time and diagnosing faults with friend’s machines.

• Hands on experience assembling and reassembling machines. 
• Excellent mathematical ability with an A* in GCSE and A at A-Level.

Robert: Outgoing and positive, I thrive working with people and I constantly look at ways to improve my own skills.  I am an extremely loyal person who would like to build a long term career in IT and work alongside professionals that I can learn from.  I have an interest in computers and technology in general which drives my motivation me to succeed in an IT career.

• Completed a BTEC Level 3 in Networking and Principles and looking progress onto a level 4 qualification and develop his knowledge.
• Experience providing technical advice and guidance and demonstrating professional customer care.
