Well, the question really is – “Is PRICE on a quote equal to what that product will COST you over time?” You probably think NO, but let’s think about it. 

We as humans often go looking for quotes for the best PRICE, right? Then we feel very smug that we’ve just saved some money! But if we look at the COSTS that product incurs over its lifetime, then the truth is we probably haven’t saved anything! Lowest PRICED products can often COST you MORE than higher priced equivalents 

Often we may not compare COSTS, we only compare PRICES.

The PRICE on the order is not equal to the TOTAL COST is to you. Have you considered how many times you had to fix it, how much time that directly cost you, the resultant downtime, add the cost of that, the cost of reordering regularly. THIS is what is meant by the COST IN USE! 

So – if you were to buy a car, and you go for the best PRICE, and order it. A year down the line:

• How many times have you filled up?
• How many times has it needed repairs?
• How much did you have to spend on the taxi fares while your car was in the garage?
• How far did you have to travel to that garage?
• And how much time did you have to take out, away from your Family or Work?

The chances are, this lowest PRICED car has COST you more than higher priced equivalents
