Could you be my 'Midfield General'?

You may or may not know but I am one of the co-founders of digital and marketing recruitment specialists Adam. 10 years ago, we started Adam with the aim of changing the way recruitment is done, finding the right people for the right companies and being a pleasure to deal with all at the same time.  And, we’ve been pretty successful and won a number of accolades on the way which is testament to all the hard work our dedicated team put in.

In 2015, we launched our London office and this year we have narrowed our focus to solely working with owner managed digital, marketing and advertising agencies to help them build brilliant client services teams.   Why? As London is about being a specialist and our goal and vision is to be the best player in this niche by 2020.

We’ve had a great year and some new faces have joined us, but we are now at the point where we are looking for a particular person to join us on the next leg of our journey. I need a right hand person (a midfield general in footballing terms), someone who is as dedicated and passionate about matching the right people with the right agencies. You’ll need to enjoy spending your days working with some cool agencies and most importantly be positive, full of energy and buzz off the challenge of creating something special.

This key person will help us set & drive the vision so that we can continue to build the Adam London brand.  In return, we’ll make sure you have bags of opportunity for personal growth and development. There’s no doubt this role will be challenging, but it will be highly rewarding & most importantly, it will be fun.
