Could you make it happen?
Often, Self-Sabotage comes from a place of physical and emotional insecurity. We set up our little land mines within our relationships because of our pain-romantic or otherwise. It happens more frequently with family and romantic partners because, on a simple level, they're likely to be around us more, and we're comfortable with them-they are in the line of fire, so to speak.
Everyone is going to have different backgrounds and experiences that have driven them to get in their way of success. But, while we all have different reasons for Self-Sabotaging, there is the constant that an underlying force is driving us to this type of behaviour.
No one ever told us that it was okay for us to be our person one ever said that we could have self-love, self-esteem, or self-believe.No one told us that we didn't deserve to be hurt, abused, and mistreated.
People aren't always aware that they are sabotaging themselves. Still, it is possible to overcome almost any form of Self-Sabotage.
