Sound, it has much more information in it, than most people understand. In this modern digital age, we are so, so busy. Busy being busy, interrupted at every turn, our energetic flow is being disrupted, and it's so easy to feel lost, overwhelmed.
Every day, there are millions of sound sources overfeeding our ears, so much so, that most of us hear, but don’t listen. I believe this cacophony is disharmonious to our state of mind and wellbeing.
It's becoming so hard to switch off our minds, minds, that are over stimulated into a hyper beta state, through the bombardment of messages all vying for our attention. The result, lack of sleep, lack of focus, lack of performance, loss of energy and purpose
Hearing vs Listening.
When was the last time you put on a song, and you started banging out the drumbeat on the steering wheel, singing the vocal line like you were on stage in front of a million people?
When we hear music, it comes to us, when we listen to music, it becomes part of us, we become an orchestrator, where the components of music are directed by our minds, we are enveloped inside the music.
When listening, sound and music that is crafted a certain way, has the power to provide us with a type of Auditory Anesthesia, a state change that assists with a retuning of your mind and body via a process called exogenous entrainment.

The anatomy of music, affects our physical body and imagination in many different ways. The components of music are universal.
In all my years of working with sound, composing music, and delving into the science of sound and video, I can see the role that sound can play in delivering a state of personal balance and wellbeing.
I have personally been using sound therapy, and brainwave entrainment for years, as have, many of my famous friends, friends that lead crazy lives, with ridiculous schedules. These people still manage to perform and deliver on a gigantic scale.
Specific sounds, are the only thing that seems to keep me balanced and focused, hence why I started the Rezonyx Frequency Meditation practice, a practice aimed at bringing that state, to those who have busy minds, busy lives, loss of focus, and those who cannot meditate. From entrepreneurs to school teachers, from C level executives to yoga teachers, sound has a universal power that once tapped into can provide amazing results.
Applying my own knowledge, with decades of scientific studies, and centuries worth of references, I believe a new horizon awaits where sound and frequencies become a major player in personal healing and wellness, assisted, and amplified by good medicine, holistic practices and a personal awareness to spirituality.
I have provided the video below to give you a small taste of the Rezonyx Frequency meditation experience.
Whilst is no where near, the experience garnered, from a 1 hour live performance where acoustic and electronic frequencies meet, it will provide the listener with a good example, that can be used daily to help reset, and recalibrate your mind and body.
Put on a good pair of headphones, play this video, close your eyes and let the sound frequencies transform your current state.

1 年Meaningful and useful read! Sound and light affect our mind. They can promote, accelerate and destroy mental and other faculties. They are used to disperse unwanted mobs, threaten enemies and detect as well as destroy objects and prople. So they will have immense application to destroy disease germs as well.
