Skill Coins (SKILL) were first implemented as part of the CryptoBlades blockchain game, which launched on May 10, 2021. This game was developed by Riveted Games and is hosted on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC). CryptoBlades introduced SKILL tokens as the in-game currency, allowing players to participate in skill-based battles, purchase characters and weapons, and earn rewards. Yes, skill coins can be implement as a recognition of skills in talent management through digital verification of the certificates but actuall skills can be verified in the field with a SMART project.
