Inflation-triggered recession would be less severe than one caused by credit excesses a this may damage a lot.
According to the IMF the 2022-23 will be the critical period for recession as most of the countries will face the same situation.
The global economic power countries like USA (24%), China (18.5%), Japan (5.2%) and Germany (4.39%) will face the saviour issue as the growth will be stalled and the economic activity will be declined.
This recession may extend from 10 to 18 months as most of countries rely on trade currencies of the above countries so, the recession mostly an inevitable.
Every Business cycle has peak and trough i.e expansion and contraction mostly this could continue more than a year.
IMF has slashed the growth rate of India from 6.8% in 2022 as compared to 8.7% in 2021.However, the growth rate may be between 6-7% on overall note.
How to Face Recession
??Build an Emergency fund for at least 12-16months.
??Level up or skill up yourself to take up new opportunities.
??Avoid unnecessary billings and clear off high interest loans on emergency basis.
??Move your money in to FD and RD, PPF and other traditional economic schemes that benefit with high rate interests.

??Consider Buying Real Estate.
??Reliable Dividend Stocks.
??Seek Out Core Sector Stocks.
