First of all, let me welcome those who joined us recently.

As we approach the Summer break, I'm wondering if there are specific topics you'd like me to cover in the 'Best of' compilation I plan to release during this period. Let me know in the comments below what I should focus on when having a look back at the first half of the year in insurance innovation.

This week, we ran our bi-yearly online conference analyzing the state of InsurTech in Europe, through deals announced in the first half of the year. I would summarize it in 3 bullet-points:

  1. yes, InsurTech investment are down
  2. but, the InsurTech industry has mainly changed in nature (read my views in more details)
