First, let me introduce myself and my partner.

My partner is Fred Sams.?Fred is a Commercial Real Estate Broker, and he is an expert in something called Cost Segregation Studies and I will be explaining that in a few minutes.?Fred is also licensed to set up Adult Residential Care Facilities for Developmentally Disabled individuals.?And we will also get into that in another article. Fred has been working in Real Estate and related fields for just about 20 years.?Finally, Fred is a Veteran of the U S NAVY!!!

My name is Paul Levine.?I have been a Commercial Realtor since 2015.?Before getting into real estate, I was a practicing Certified Public Accountant for over 50 years.?I helped my accounting clients buy and sell and finance real estate since the 1970s.?I have more Income Tax education, knowledge, experience, and expertise than just about anyone else doing what I do.?I save my clients a small fortune in income taxes when either purchasing or selling commercial real estate.?
