Cost of Ownership
A few years ago, I was helping a friend buy a new car. He couldn't decide whether to buy an expensive long-term car or a Toyota, keeping the short term in mind.
In many such cases, we don't consider the cost of ownership. I have seen many people who are financially and emotionally stressed to maintain their expensive possessions.
So, before it is too late, it is a good idea to look at all our possessions and assess whether their ownership is stressing us out.
We should make our things work for us, not work for the things we own.
