James comes to us with an impressive track record as an industry-certified IT executive, specializing in the transformation and enablement of enterprise process automation. His extensive expertise in the domains of AI, ML, NLP, and RPA is a perfect fit for our strategic objectives. James will play a crucial role in expanding our POLARIS-AI program, focusing on strategic business development, product upselling, and expanding our enterprise portfolio of intelligent automation services. His experience in deploying over 2,100 automations into steady-state production showcases his capability to drive significant advancements in our service offerings. James's strategic leadership will be instrumental in meeting our revenue and profitability targets while enhancing our market position.
In his new role, James will leverage his deep knowledge of emerging markets, innovations, and tooling to foster our clients’ enablement of transformative, intelligent business solutions. ?His professional career path covers nearly 30 years of technical and business acumen through his military service; full-stack expertise of the Microsoft ecosystem and object-oriented programming; and a distinguished family of certifications from MIT and several other industry-leading platforms & tools.?
