Retrospective rebates were matched with handset portfolio, to allow for enhanced pricing (savings of 10% to 20%) in a highly competitive market.?

Working with an external service provider, an iterative process model was put in place. In a huge departure from existing practice, cross-functional analysis continues to generate ongoing savings of 10%.
7?????????Public sector body: New model reduces reporting time by almost 70%
In a radical departure from existing practice, two days out of a three-day reporting cycle were saved. Rather than updating 30 separate Excel tabs, two new tabs were created. First tab – real time import of accounting systems data, the second tab - used for reporting and driven entirely from the raw data.
