3. Classification and matching of glass bottles

a) Cream bottle series: wide-mouth glass bottle + double-layer plastic outer cover (general capacity is 10g-50g).

b) Essence series: narrow mouth glass bottle body + plastic pump head or anodized aluminum pump head (general capacity is 20 to 100ml)

c) Toner series: narrow-mouth glass bottle + plastic inner plug + outer cover (more than 100ml, there are also the kind with pump head)

d) Essential oil bottle series: narrow-mouth glass bottle body + inner plug + large head cover or plastic head + dropper + anodized aluminum cover. Essential oil bottles are usually made of brown or colored and colored scrubs, which can avoid light and better protect the body of essential oils.

Note: Glass bottles with a capacity of more than 200ml are rarely used for cosmetics, mainly because the capacity is too large, plus the weight of the glass bottle, the overall weight is too large, and it will be relatively awkward for women to use.

a) Bottle body color or effect process:

Sanding, spraying, electroplating. The effect of spraying is generally an additional 0.5-1.1 CNY, electroplating will be more expensive than spraying, and frosting will add a few cents more.

b) Silk screen printing on bottle body:

① Screen printing category: For screen printing on blank transparent or frosted or sprayed bottles, high temperature ink should be used, and after coloring, it will be baked at high temperature, which will not fade or scratch, and the color is dull, and a high temperature furnace should be selected. Another kind of low temperature ink silk screen printing, the color is brighter, and the ink requirements are higher, otherwise it is easy to fall off, and attention should be paid to the disinfection of the bottle.

② Minimum printing quantity: generally more than 5,000 pieces, less than 5,000 pieces will be charged at 500 yuan per item, and more than 50,000 pieces will be calculated at 0.1 yuan. The same color printing of the round bottle is counted as one color, and the flat or oval shape is calculated according to the number of printed surfaces and the number of printed colors on the printed surface.

③Notes on silk screen printing: in the design, no more than 2 colors should be considered, and the negative film should be produced when the film is produced. The text, pattern and lines should not be too thin or too large, which will easily cause broken lines or ink accumulation. Proofing confirmation to avoid color differences. If the frosted glass bottle is wrongly printed, it can be re-polished and printed again, and the processing fee is 0.1 yuan - 0.2 yuan per piece.

c) Bottle cap process:

Anodized aluminum can be used for lettering, bronzing, and etching lines. There are matte and glossy colors. Gaskets and inner covers are required. It is best to use pressure-sensitive sheets to enhance the sealing effect.

· The general order quantity is 5,000 to 10,000. The smaller the bottle size, the larger the quantity to be made.

· It should be packed with paper or foam and separated individually. It is equipped with inner support and middle box to better protect against shock.

7. Precautions for the use of cosmetic glass bottles

?The uneven thickness of glass bottles will easily lead to damage, or be easily crushed by the contents in severe cold conditions. Pay attention to the following two points:

a) It is easy to be crushed by the contents under severe cold conditions. A reasonable capacity should be tested during filling. Considering the volume of the water after freezing, it is generally not allowed to fill too much, leaving 15%-20% of the space.

b) The product should be equipped with a color box, and the inner support and the middle box can play a more anti-vibration role.
