COSECURE Announces Additional Leaders to Support Growth and Expansion

January 9, 2025 – COSECURE is pleased to announce two key leadership promotions effective January 1, 2025, as part of the company’s ongoing commitment to growth, innovation, and expanded service offerings.

We are excited to share that Robert Evans will assume the role of executive vice president. In this new position, Rob will oversee the firm’s principal consultants and provide leadership, mentoring, and operational support for COSECRE. His primary focus will be on fostering synergy across practice areas, ensuring that teams continue to collaborate effectively as the company broadens its scope of services to ensure client success.

Additionally, Fran Mozgai, CPP , will transition into the position of vice president. Fran will oversee project management, administrative operations, and manage our extensive pool of subject matter experts. In his new role, Fran will continue supporting longstanding and new clients while working with Rob Evans to ensure a smooth transition in these areas over the coming months.

Rob Evans, formerly vice president and director of K-12 services, brings a wealth of experience to his new role as executive vice president. With an extensive background in executive law enforcement and military service, Rob has consistently demonstrated innovation in physical security, emergency preparedness, and cybersecurity. As a renowned speaker and consultant, he has supported public and private schools with safety planning, crisis response, and security solutions. His leadership will continue to drive COSECURE’s success in helping clients achieve their safety and security goals.

Fran Mozgai, CCP, has been with COSECURE since 2017 and has built a reputation for delivering comprehensive physical security services to a wide range of clients, including educational institutions, health care providers, government agencies, and nonprofits. Fran is a meticulous project manager, mentor, and team leader with a commitment to ensuring the needs of our clients are always his top priority. His extensive law enforcement background, including almost 26 years with the Hillsborough Twp. Police Department (N.J.), gives him a unique perspective on security planning and risk mitigation and leadership. Fran is a board-certified certified protection professional (CPP) through ASIS International and volunteer leader with several organizations.
