Cortney's Dips & Sauces Opens Small Location in Berlin Offering BIG Flavor

A ribbon cutting was held this Wednesday, October 14th for Cortney's Dips & Sauces. Cortney Troup makes one-of-a-kind dips exclusively using cottage cheese. She has been making the beloved family recipe, which is the Savory Onion & Peppercorn, for over 30 years. This was her father’s recipe and they couldn’t go anywhere without being asked to bring the “cottage cheese dip.” Fast forward to what has now become Cortney’s Dips & Sauces, which now carries 7 flavor varieties of cottage cheese dip. These dips are healthy, kid-approved and fun to eat. She blends the cottage cheese making the texture smooth and creamy where even the pickiest eaters are shocked to find out they are eating cottage cheese. They make a great snack, light meal or can be added into a variety of dishes as a sauce or accompaniment. They go fantastic with chips and are just as delicious cooked into scrambled eggs or topping a baked potato.
