Corruption and Nepotism Rule in the Justice Department

The USA rapidly needs Justice Reform. Immediately. The justice is so politicized and corrupted that it leads our country to total destruction. It kills any democratic process and any progress.

It is not normal the elections to be decided in the court room. Instead the voters to decide, we needed the Supreme Court to tell us to restore the most popular politician and the leading candidate of the Republican Party to the ballot.

We came to a point that convicted felon sounds proudly. Because these are the people that actually did something worth doing. Politicians that supported Trump have been convicted for doing their job that is not liked by the opposing party. They actually did something that was so significant and good to catch the eye of the opposing team. They are called fraudsters and thrown in jail just because supported the cause of the Trump administration. ?14 closest Trump aides, donors and advisers have been indicted or imprisoned since the days he promised that he would only hire the best people. ?Many have been indicted and imprisoned on the fake Russian probe, others have been indicted just because are Republicans.

The count includes former campaign chair of Trump Paul Manafort and his deputy,?Rick Gates, Trump’s first national security adviser – Lt. Gen.?Michael Flynn, his personal attorney, Rudy Giuliani, former Rep. Duncan Hunter, R-Calif, Washington-based lobbyist Sam Patten, New England Patriots owner?Bob Kraft, George Nader, a Lebanese-American businessman and lobbyist, Imaaz Zuberi etc. The list is endless. If there is a man there is a crime. I would rephrase; if there is Republican there is a crime. Even people that are not close Trump supporters have been investigated and persecuted.

Representative George Santos was attacked with fake charges just because he is Republican and the Democrats wanted his place. That is the truth. Any other interpretations don’t work even for the electorate of the Democrats.

We have so politicized justice that tries to intimidate the candidates, attacks their homes, and raids their offices. ?If these practices continue we have to hire only convicted felons to do any important jobs in the country. Because these are the best people. Trump has an eye for quality people from the times of his podcast “The Apprentice”

?The system of fake jury who always decides on the side of the Federal government in the Federal Court reminds of the totalitarian regime of the Stalin’s cleansings. For Stalin all the intellectuals and the businessmen were enemies of the revolution, even the clergymen. But even Stalin has less percent convictions than the USA Federal court. How this is independent court? Black life matter activists decide the cases of President Trump, who they tried to overthrow, when he was a president. These people has to go to jail for insurrection as they did for the January 6 protesters if we had equal justice for all.

We have more than 600 political prisoners who tried to protest on January 6th. How this is different than a totalitarian regime.

It is not surprising that Trump became the president of the Blacks. He started the justice reform that released so many prisoners kept for years for something that the elites organize and finance like the drug traffic and guns trade. The reform he started in the Federal Courts, the First Step Act and the Second Step Act, gave justice to millions of families, because it boosted the reforms in the state courts also. The states started their own reforms. ?

And now the Democratic elites, who in their majority are attorneys, initiated many cases against Trump, to steal his money and assets, to jail him and to remove him from the elections.

It is not possible anymore to do any business, because people who have not created anything in their life, try to steal what others have created using the Justice Department. The despotism of the Justice Department is killing the capitalism and turns the USA in a banana republic.

How this is possible that we came to this Prosecutors’ capitalism as a last resort for the development of the economic system. That will kill any form of initiative and progress when you start to jail the people that actually create the goods and the services.

Who is Leticia James to judge how people do their business, when she has not done any business at all in her life. She built her campaign on the platform of hate, hating President Trump.

We need people to heal the hatred and restore the justice.

Isn’t it time to investigate all these judges and prosecutors; where they have taken their money from? How this lady Fanny Willis, the US attorney on the Trump’s case in Georgia, has made her millions. Is her salary compatible with the 8 million she has in her accounts. How much are her assets, her bank accounts? When the prosecutors and the judges have more money than the businessmen something really is fishy and really sounds like corruption and nepotism. Hiring your relatives, lovers, and family members to distribute the government money and to decide the cases in which you have financial interest is the highest level of corruption. ?

Look at the donors of the Laticia James campaign in New York. Isn’t it corruption to subsidize and help some businesses for later to get money for your political campaigns from the same businesses? To eliminate Trump competition on the market against the businesses that donate to your campaign. And this is mass practice of corruption. ?

All the prosecutors and the judges, and even the lawyers had financial interest in my case in the Southern District Court in NY. They conspired against my businesses to distribute my properties between them. And everything is in the public records. But they don’t care, because are not accountable to anyone, are not replaceable, are for life deified and immune from prosecution. One of the jury members left the jury scandalized by the corruption seen in the courtroom.

And why the federal judges are not replaceable and not elected like any politician? Are they the sacred cows that can do anything unaccountable? They have more power than the Presidents. And they have no mandate. They are for life. And now they started to decide the outcome even of the presidential elections.

That is how Trump became the new symbol for all the unjust convictions, for all the broken families, because he is one of them. The Justice Department wants to jail him; he is one of the people, not the elites. They made him real and grounded like the rest of the citizens.

We have more than 9 million people in the jails. These are his voters. And this is not racism as is trying to interpret one of the campaign managers of President Biden. The inmates come with different color of the skin and different origin. Because they share the same destiny and hope that Trump will continue the Justice reform that he had started.
