Correcting mistakes is first step to success

Correcting mistakes is first step to success

First things first, therefore the first step of success, according to me would be making mistakes. For someone like me who wants to try everything, who is curious enough not go by assumptions but experiences, who doesn't know what is best for her but who clearly knows what is not good for her, who wants to evolve everyday and not commit same mistakes twice. I say make mistakes until you know what you are looking for, try solving complex arithmetic equation, fail at it and try again until your answer matches with the correct answer.

Always try by going unknown paths, unravel roads you have never taken, push your boundaries, push yourself into difficult situations(not unnecessarily), at times you would know that you will fail still take the same path, try it. Do it on daily basis, making mistakes makes you learn, it makes you a better person. I'm a living example of that( I'm not saying I'm a great person, I'm an average human with not so average reactions whose a mess personified). Don't be ashamed to accept you have been wrong, accepting ones mistakes makes you stronger and hit back harder.

Making mistakes is the first step to success, whether you correct your mistake or not is up to you and your conscience but not being afraid to fail is what can make you successful. I'm glad I make mistakes everyday and I'm glad I can accept that. I'm going to continue doing that for as long as I'm humane and I'm not sure it I would ever be able to call myself successful or not but I ll sure be a learned man someday.

Failure is necessary to know that someone at least tried, so you should take pride in your failures. Failure is necessary to learn a thousand lessons which no book can teach. (And you can apply them later in life) Failures help in realising what is right for you, it facilitates decision making. Failure is necessary to keep you down to earth. Failure is necessary to help you cope up well with success and not get carried away. Failure is necessary to attain wisdom and maturity. Failures help in identifying fake faces and identifying true lovers. Failures activate the warrior in you ;you learn how to fight adversities. “Failure is like a spicy dish which makes success sweeter.

Don't lose hope or curse your fate for failures, respect them and move ahead in life. Just remember one thing, failures are just strengthening your roots deep inside the ground. How did these small businesses win a place in the virgin market? How did Netflix (a startup) take over the movie rental business and destroy Blockbuster video? How did Uber take over the taxicab industry without owning a single cab? How did Microsoft Encarta destroy the +200-year legacy of Encyclopedia Britannica? How did a startup named “Google” take over Yahoo’s main business? How could Sam Walton (Walmart) pulverize the behemoth retailer Kmart? Why is Walmart so scared of Amazon? How can small businesses compete against huge corporations? Startup entrepreneurs can only win using their brains, not their “physical” strength. Think about it …Behind every “David and Goliath” story in business there’s a common denominator called strategic innovation.

The only sure shot way for small businesses to compete (and win) the battle against large corporations is through strategic innovation. I’m talking about creative ways of using technological leverage, distribution leverage, talent leverage, financial leverage, tax leverage, branding leverage, etc. If your business is struggling, don’t work harder. Change your entry strategy! So, to answer your question, what’s your best small business advice?Never try to fight “Goliath” by using his same weapons. Think outside the box and surprise him. Remember: Strategy wins wars! Cheers!
