When your employees are motivated, happy, and satisfied they can create wonders for you, HEi flourishes in an environment that fosters innovation, creative thinking, and the very important ingredient i.e. belongingness.?These all things lead to a very good output i.e. in the form of students.?
Nowadays most of the discussion is about the why? The employees do not have the belongings. Truth is it is a give-and-take relationship, you give your employees the best, and they will return you something more.
? Leave our education system better than you found.
?Indian is among the richest country in imparting knowledge. Post-liberalization, the Indian education scenario has moved from its socialist model to a neo-liberal one. The rise of consumerism, a growing push for financial accountability, and declining public support for education are contributing to what many call the "corporatization" of higher education. Colleges and universities are adopting corporate models, cutting costs, and seeking profit-making opportunities. In India, of late the big corporates are making huge inroads in the field of education and the gradual commodification of education wherein every stakeholder is in a race to turn it into a corporate model at the cost of quality education which is a worrying trend, not only this, today students have become a customer for the universities and for students teacher have become hawkers, where they negotiate every time for the marks and attendance.
?HEi needs to provide a learning environment that encourages employees to do research and projects which holistically help in the growth of the university and the employees. Talented faculty, excellent research work, funded projects, infrastructure, and internships are what students look for when deciding where to study. And in the long run, such resources help them get proper knowledge and conceptual understanding.?Another pivotal element in the academic sphere is leadership and freedom. Leading institutions thrive in an environment that fosters competitiveness, innovation, teamwork, and understanding among employees, which keeps them motivated and that is reflected in student performance. Like good quality, raw materials make quality houses.

?The corporate’s demand from academics instant results well beyond their limits and capabilities. In order to achieve these goals, teaching faculty is loaded with grueling teaching schedules and are expected to do administrative work, leaving them with little time for research and innovation. Consequently, they end up focusing less on their key role of teaching and research hampering the learning prospects of the students.
?Corporate culture is the process of managing an organization that works with different functions of data collection, planning, and decision-making purposes and then, taking strategic decisions based on the data collected to achieve the organizational goal. So that it helps the organization in planning, directing, organizing, and controlling the day-to-day functions of the organization.
Many people believe that educationists are not capable of running an education system in a corporate style. Amazingly leaders from all walks of life, from business to education, are the creation of our teachers, they are the one to write the procedures in the form of books, what we are today is because of our teachers. So, why can't educationists run an education system in a corporate style?
Change is an inevitable part of any organization’s life cycle, and how organizations manage and respond to change will determine their success or failure.?However, the transformation process must be gradual and slow. Human capital in an educational system is not only capital but also a driving force of culture within an organization and if well nurtured, can produce high-quality students. The future of a nation and its people depends on how students are educated and taught.
?Many universities are in the race to transform themselves into businesses and are making changes without understanding the needs of the education system. Which ultimately leads universities, to lose talented staff.
Few renowned institutes have learned to differentiate themselves from the other lot by focusing on quality education and research. As such, they stand out and have become the country's leading institutions.

1 å¹´Absolutely agree! Creating a positive and motivating environment for employees is crucial for achieving exceptional outcomes. Belongingness, innovation, and creative thinking are key ingredients for success in any organization, including HEi. It's disheartening to see the corporatization of education compromising quality and treating students as mere customers. HEi should prioritize a learning environment that encourages research, projects, and resources like talented faculty, funded projects, and infrastructure, which ultimately benefit students' knowledge and growth. Leadership, freedom, and a gradual transformation process are essential to maintain a strong academic sphere and retain talented staff. Quality education and research should always be the focus, differentiating leading institutions from the rest.
