Bearish or Bullish the Q3 economic outlook might be, incorporating and revitalizing corporate/company culture is not dead in DEKRA.
??Every year around June 30, DEKRA's birthday also recognized as Global DEKRA Day – a day dedicated to the vision: becoming the global partner for a safe, secure, and sustainable world.
Under the motto "Shaping our Culture together", the leaders focused on 5 main corporate cultures - the guiding principle for daily work.
Having joined DEKRA for 6 months, the consistency in stirring up Responsibility for Safety has been a resounding cymbal. Sometimes (almost) like a nagging parent (just joking!).
Spending 127 days with Dekra, I adopted a new habit (superpower) of having a Safety-First mindset wherever I am at/do. Cliche as it might sound, allow me to elaborate:
I look forward to honing other superpowers with my time at DEKRA.
