Why Anuja's YogAbhyas?

There are Yogi's and then there are CorpYogi's (yes, corporate yogi's)!

In this series I share simple stories and tools you, a "CorpYogi" can use anywhere, anytime!

Do you know you have three brains? Okay, so what?

a. Allow them to work as per their Job Description.

b. team work is "If everyone(the three brains) is moving forward together, then success takes care of itself.

“Use your head !” for two dimensional analyses (eg. the Polarity Yes or No, Productive or Not Productive etc.)

“Always trust your Gut wisdom!” The Enteric brain is three dimesional; Analyses + Movement (eg. Go or No Go + Distance in space)

“Have a heart !” The Cardiac brain is four dimensional; Analyses+Movement+Memory & Anticipation (eg. Like or Dislike+move towards or away from it (distance in space)+Memory of past and therefore anticipation for the future (linear time).

“Be your highest potential” The Aura or magnetic field is five dimenional and beyond, it is created by the cumulative wisdom of the three brains and human body merging with the Universal intelligence.(eg. Knowing)
