Corporate Team members Leave R+F to become Independent Consultants. Why?

Ok, so you know some big things are on the way for your company when one of your corporate team members LEAVES R+F corporate and joins our consultant community...she's not the first, second or third to do so in the last 5 years.

Meredith Tieszen was a Regional Director for Rodan + Fields Corporate, then a National Sales Director. And NOW...she QUIT her corporate job to be a Consultant just like me!

Why?!? She knows what’s coming. She knows the potential we’re sitting on. She was NOT going to settle for a fixed salary!

God's timing is always perfect and leads us on journeys we never imagined. 

That’s how it was when I joined Rodan + Fields in the corporate office 5yrs ago. I knew right away this company was special. Having been able to lock arms, coach and train our leaders to help them build the life of their dreams honestly filled a part of my heart. God knew I needed that experience. Now He is leading me to another journey. After 5 years of the corporate side I realized it was time to heed my own advice to “build your time freedom and fulfill your purpose” by partnering with the company I love and I’ve decided to join the field. 

After a long talk with Chad, its time for me to not have maxed out “status” at 3 different hotel chains each year, but instead start enjoying the home we’ve built, be present and truly live in. It’s time for Chad and I to experience all the things God places on our hearts. Wonderful things like getting involved in our community and church, volunteering, traveling the world, going to the race track to cheer Chad on , all the things we’ve put off “for another day” over the years. We’ve all been in those shoes, but it’s time for me to start building our dream life. The best part is we get to do all that while working this business from home, the RV or wherever God takes us.
