CORPORATE INVESTMENT FUND FOR SOVEREIGN PROJECTS IN PRIVATE JOINT VENTURES IN UGANDA
This modern system of investment between private subjects guaranteed by real estate and government guarantees, represents today the most effective system, without any risk for the investor and moderately remunerative, for the financing of social projects.
The projects, of partial government interest but proposed by local companies representing foreign groups to which they belong, are mainly aimed at the participation in joint ventures of local workers who, having re-qualified in their professionalism, can also be included in the management that up to the time, it was almost always denied to them due to the lack of capital to invest.
This type of agreements between foreign companies in joint ventures with local ones in their proposal agreed to the directives of the Ministry of Economic Development of the concerned Nation and the other competent Ministries, of territorial economic development projects, clash with the interests of multinationals and their supply chains. obliged and instead exalt the use of local resources for the start-up in commercial and industrial productions capable of involving new international markets and producing social benefits.
The proposal for private investments with a maturity of five years, with a minimum amount of Euro 1,000 (one thousand) and capable of obtaining an annual interest of 5%, is carried out with the procedure of collection of the promised ones through the "zero coupo system, and that is + from receipt of the invested capital deducted from the sum that must be collected at the end of the investment.
In the case of an investment of € 1,000, the investor will pay the proposing company the sum of € 750 and will obtain an "international promissory note" guaranteed by the Government of Uganda, from the interest in the project and from the real estate property to which the project will be carried out.
At the moment the Ugandan company, FINTECH EQUATOR CITY ltd, in joint venture with European companies, holds land in Pader District Uganda for 1,100 square kilometers to be allocated to the projects proposed below and "international Promissory note" for the amount of 2,000,000,000 euros ( two billion) with a maturity of five years and endorsed by the Government of Uganda which will be sold, as a guarantee of the commitment undertaken, to the bank interested in accepting the sums invested in the bank account of the company that signed them and which will hold the charge of their payment to the beneficiary investor on the established maturity.
An interesting feature in favor of investors will be the possibility of being able to use the "international promissory notes" acquired, at the end of the second year of their maturity, as partial payment for the purchase of reference products for the projects proposed by Fintech Equator City ltd.

EQUATOR CITY - new smart city in the Pader-Uganda District
?
I recently published posts published by the company I represent in Uganda, the FINTECH EQUATOR CITY, with the aim of raising awareness of the private interest and that of international institutions in financing and privileging social projects which, not involving multinationals or the mechanisms of globalization in progress, they struggle to be carried out.
First of all, today he will talk about the EQUATOR CITY project which refers to the construction of a new smart city in the Pader District territory, in Northern Uganda and a crossroads of international relations with Congo, South Sudan, Sudan, Kenya and countries of within Africa,
Equator City is a project forced into the urban planning disaster of the current capital Kampala, an enclave of the wakiso district and with the only vital outlet in Lake Victoria.
Kampala is the modern representation of the road hell and collapsing infrastructures, it suffers from the continuous and incessant immigration of the inhabitants of the numerous districts that make up the Nation who are struggling to find the economic development necessary to keep their citizens locally.
Uganda is the garden of Africa, the plateau (about 100 meters) that is home to lush soils and impressive vegetation.
Uganda with its lakes, the Nile river and its tributaries, carries out fishing activities with systems that are not yet advanced but with satisfactory production results, Uganda enjoys territorial peace and a vigorous but protective policy in favor of its population that in addition to the dreams of the future, it can make use of the securities of the present.
Equator City will be the salvation of Kampala and the outlet of a new controlled emigration of citizens eager for new technologies, professional growth and international comparison to future commercial initiatives.
Among the innumerable posiitivity of the new intelligent city, the “Permanent International Exhibition Fair” will give the countries interested in economically collaborating with Central Africa the possibility of stable, efficient and productive business meetings.
The airport of Gulu, just 35 km from the new city, will connect it to the whole world both in the tourism sector and in the cargo sector, favoring the rapid dispatch of goods with preference to Arab countries and Europe.
The average daily temperature in Uganda is constant, about 20 degrees, and the territory of Equator City, bathed by the tributary of the Nile, the Aswa River, represents the ideal place for international families, on leave from work, in search of serenity, relationship with nature and economic savings.
The aforementioned area, also close to the Natural Parks, international safari destinations, could become the future tourist destination to discover the natural treasures of the nation.
The Equator city project will be carried out in different phases, the first phase, the one that will refer to social housing, the development of fishing, basic agricultural activities and the industrial area will start within six months and will have an estimated cost of 1,700,000,000. of Euro

BIO AGRICULTURE - BIO TASTE - GREEN, PADER DISTRICT
UGANDA PROJECT
?
?
The project provides for the agricultural reconversion, in the Pader District,
and in the neighboring ones, of agriculture carried out with traditional systems
in organic productions and with an original taste (exclusive brand in the world)
from export to international markets at competitive prices.
Despite the useless and inefficient institutional propositions of the nations
concerned, Africa's most important and necessary economy is agriculture
and when it tries to bypass the private commitment and indiscriminate crops
to identify itself in the primary economic sector, it does not find sufficient
governmental actions to make the qualitative leap.
Unfortunately, for the concerned nations, Africa is intended as a target for the
acquisition of mineral, oil and other resources and therefore is not sufficiently
supported by the same, disregarding the hopes of the peoples dependent on
private agriculture and becoming almost a burden for the national economic
development projects.
In order to carry out agriculture capable of affecting foreign markets, it is
necessary to acquire different positive components required for the
preparation of development programs, and some of them absolutely
necessary:
a) The land suitable for producing
b) Water resources
c) The favorable weather conditions
d) The professionalism of the operators
e) The choice of production in reference to the potential of the places of
execution and the most favorable markets
f) The study and the acquisition of the pre-contracts for the future sale of the
productions by the operators of the most favorable markets
g) The collaboration of specialized technicians for the work activities to and
from the seeds to be acquired
h) The interest of the operator in the preference to choose an autonomous or
cooperative activity
i) The forecast of sales or pre-contracts for the sale of unsold production
j) Agreements between companies or institutions interested in territorial or
national agricultural planning with others in the local industrial sector, for the
sale of unsold products
k) The necessary positivity of the feasibility study to be drawn up with
reference to the parameters listed

l) The financing for the acquisition of equipment, machinery, raw materials
and more for the start of the activity
m) Financing for the execution of the first year management.
n) The credit lines to be requested from local banks by autonomous
companies or in joint ventures with other foreign countries to be activated with
medium-term financial collateral
o) Other
Only the certainty of the acquisition of what has been said will guarantee
private groups, individual territories or the majority of African nations to try to
plan smart agriculture or an agricultural conversion to enhance suitable areas
and create jobs for citizens capable and willing to carry out this activity,
penalized act
Africa has always been identified by the colonialist nations and by those
interested in its natural resources as a land of conquest or supplies for the
acquisition of gold, diamonds, and recently, rare earths and other similar ones
at the moment in great demand and indispensable to a world technological
future, and instead has been underestimated in not wanting to guess that its
bio-agriculture could constitute, in the near future, the salvation of humanity in
environmental disaster
Our company bans traditional agricultural productions carried out in
unsuitable territories, poisoned by dangerous fertilizers and forced to
abnormal procedures and proposes to African nations, and in particular to
Uganda, to carefully acknowledge this admonition to interest its economic
plans to the agricultural reconversion of the territories into GREEN
DISTRICTS and the strengthening of activities in bio-agriculture.
Why Uganda?
Because this nation, located in a plateau of about a thousand meters and in
the center of the continent, has fertile land, abundant and regular rains, it is
the most suitable place to produce bio agriculture and to be able to export it
easily to the nations of Central Africa, to the Arab ones European and those
who, in the future and by choice or necessity, will be interested in these
productions.
Why bio-agriculture!
Bio-agriculture is a natural food indispensable to the human body and cannot
be replaced by the productions currently practiced in a large part of the world.
The possibility of being able to carry out organic production at competitive
prices in Uganda and in much of Africa due to various factors. among which
the low cost of labor, will make the renewed agricultural sector interesting
and, in the future, indispensable.
In addition to its minerals, metals, tourism and more, Africa will be able to
offer international commercial operators enormous positivity from bioagriculture
to the extent that companies interested in economic development
programs, such as ours, can establish that the future of this continent and
part of the world will be linked to this new, but with ancient references,
resource.
The BIO AGRICULTURE project in Pader District Uganda may be feasible
by pursuing the following aims:
a) Make cooperatives or private companies professional with the help of
European technicians
b) Provide agricultural operators with the necessary means and equipment
c) Select the crops to be made in relation to national and foreign presales
d) Acquire the seeds and instructions needed by sector technicians
e) Commit the Fintech Equator City ltd company to purchase, exclusively, the
goods produced
f) Reserve unsold products for the industrial transformation process of
international joint ventures that will be installed in the new industrial area of
Equator City
g) Set up an airline, EQUATOR CITY AIRWAYS-CARGO ltd, which from new
international airport in Pader District or from the Gulu airport, about 35 km
from Equator City, will transport the products daily to the markets concerned.
h) Other.
The development of this agricultural conversion, due to the natural application
of production systems, will certainly be the first step towards protecting the
environment and it will certainly become a witness and warning to the world
for a necessary return to nature and its protection.
