Corporate Fun Themes for your Holiday Christmas Party?
It’s the holiday season already, and it’s time to celebrate the hard work of your awesome team!?
Yes, maybe your plate might be full of managing, tasks, or jobs in a BPO company, and employees can’t seem to think of the right concept for the party.?
To make your planning a little bit easier for you, in this article, we will show you some alternative holiday, Christmas party theme ideas so you can give your team the celebration you all deserve!?
1. The Amazing Race Party.?
This theme is inspired by the TV show "The Amazing Race." It is a Christmas party theme and, at the same time, a team-building exercise. You can organize a scavenger hunt to different locations in your area or workplace; it is great if you can rope your coworkers and bosses into hosting some of the stops. You can also throw in some "roadblock" challenges, where participants are not allowed to move to the next stage until they have completed a specific task, like, for example, achieving some sort of physical feat or eating something disgusting.?
I suggest getting teams to collect a flag, stamp, or maybe some kind of object at each stop, or take photographs of a specific scene - that way you can ensure they have actually been to every pit stop and fulfilled the step-by-step process.
You can decide that the last pit stop might be at the back of the party room, where a feast and some refreshing drinks await the winners.
2. A Christmas Masquerade Ball.?
If your office is on the casual side, you might consider asking and encouraging your colleagues to come dressed to the nines for a masquerade ball. You could perhaps explain the history of masquerade balls and link them to some tutorials for mask-making to get everyone thinking of ideas on their own and to have a better understanding of what the masquerade ball theme is all about.?

Harlequin patterns, theater masks, and anything decadent - a wintery wonderland - could also work well as decorations for the party. In terms of food, you can serve finger foods and cocktails and keep the music pumping all night.
For those who have not brought a mask or who want to give their mask a little more flare, set up a mask-making booth with colored cards, string, felt pens, feathers, glitter, and other decorations. Also, in another corner of the room, create a photo booth area with a curtain backdrop and a box of props such as mustaches, fairy wands, Santa hats, feather boas, and funny signs.
Masquerade balls are made for dancing, so be careful to choose an awesome band that will get everyone up and on the floor.?
A prize for the best-dressed and best-dancing contestants is an absolute must!?
3. Candyland / Chocolate Factory Christmas Party.?
Who doesn’t love candy? We all love it!?
Decorations should be candy-themed, with lots of candy colors and stripes. Place candy canes at every table and huge cut-out cupcakes along the walls.?
Dinner food should be fun and funky; sushi would be great. And as for the desserts, what could be better than a buffet of candy or a "decorate your own cupcake" station??
