I think your writing of resilence by acknowledging that there will be conflicts, but by thoughtfully working through them as a team is brilliant. We can say we’re being a leader, being positive, but it takes gumption to discuss the pitfalls & that you’re willing to work with your team is a beginning, not an end.

Yes and yes! So unfortunate that 70% of transformations fail largely due to lack of employee engagement. Change can’t happen in a vacuum.
