OK LinkedIn - Please help me with some research I am conducting. When you think of your company and the culture, what or how do you define it? What are the biggest obstacle to changing your corporate culture as a leader. Can there be more than one culture in any given company? If so, how does that work? What are the pros and cons as you see them to any of the cultures you describe? What did you like or dislike?
