“Corporate Aliens” – The freaks of emails and the Quality Disease Syndrome!

Through the experience years in the market, a professional comes to point where return is almost impossible, unfortunately…and I might call it as well fortunately depending on where the drops come to find their way, it is observed that there is an actual curse/disease/syndrome that hits hard, it hits hard those who were nurtured in and by corporate environments where *EVERYTHING* underlies a certain mentality, a clear vision is set, a large team who has 1 and only 1 goal, no grudges, no ganging, no gossiping, just being creative, productive, comfortable with the healthy self confidence regarding the knowledge acquired.

I definitely needed to stop one day, take a moment, hold my pen…write down all the distortion that I had in mind regarding this disease I was infected with!!!

Myself, have worked in corporate sectors back in my home country. Learned, evolved also certainly made mistakes to learn from efficiently and had to depart and moved to a different country 3 years ago…looking back and discussing with my friends, those who were at my same position and who were part of my journey, we have this intangible pain, we can not operate anymore! No one thinks like we did, to us… official communication, good documentation practice , immediate action course, procedures…templates and culture we were let live in turned to be the exception! Not the common.

We are being mis-understood, we are being fought, and we also can not lead a stable position a different environment, do you feel it!! The sore! We have the Quality Disease.

Trying our best to keep ourselves as a whole and slip in our ideas and our organized manner of work is just being translated into “European or American Style” which shall never apply to companies we were in…but!!!

Ending up in a cycle, leave the current company, leave the position, leave the manager…look for another opportunity…and boom…the same template is found but in minor difference within the details…

We just do not fit in, and they just do not speak our language anymore…

I believe we need to club, and we need to sort this out…publishing this might be helpful to someone like me! Or to someone who is suffering with no idea why…

A message to more experienced personnel, until there is a cure that we can purchase from a pharmacy… what do we do?!
