Coronavirus survey results.

Thank you to everyone that completed our pulse survey, it's an exceptionally difficult time but these results really do help us understand what everyone is going through right now. What is clear is that in HR, we are all exceptionally busy, whether it is crisis management, employee engagement or the health, safety and wellbeing of your employees. If you would like to discuss these please do let us know, we have tried to focus on what we consider the most important results but we can go into greater depth should anyone want it. I hope the results are useful.

Thank you for sharing - this is really insightful coming from HR professionals on the ground, although not an easy one to digest. It is especially interesting to note the differences in organisational measures and internal HR challenges across the geographies. Would Elliott Scott be taking another pulse survey seeing how dynamic the coronavirus situation is?
