I have been calling client to check on them and find out their current business statuses and all I hear is " Business is slow" "Business is dying", " No orders" and many more. Two days back a founder of a company confessed that he is too depressed with his loss business and it truly pains him not being able to pay salaries to his most trusted employees.

Its nothing much that I haven't heard. Managements are cutting out salaries %, Giving away unpaid leaves and firing employees like a shot in the dark.

Why??

A few days back I call a client and he happens to be in the hospital. I call up the next day to check if everything is fine. He confessed he was very afraid and depressed all this time but my call gave him a ray of compassion.

For IT, Support, Consultants, Advisory firms etc it is easier to communicate to the customers and extend customer support but for the consumer good and suppliers the market might have stored a lot of challenges. Not being able to drop in a site visit being the prior phenomenon on the list. But nevertheless customer support can still assist the customers on video conferences, sending manual to operate the equipment, explain them virtually and train them on the operations. TBH, it is undoubtedly the toughest scenarios but we can definitely apply all possible platforms to communicate with clients.

Let us not forget the technological influences evolving day by day. We are all together connected through technology and even in lock-down and social distancing era we are digitally socializing at our best. Using our best technical skills on website building, digital Ads, Google Analytics, designing, AI utilization will make us strong as a modernized institution and would create a brighter outlook to the customer and clients.

5. Flourishing employments and re tending employees -

We know it's a hard time to everyone but humans always appreciate and cherishes events that occurs during the hard times. Let me not be philosophical here and give you some practical evidences.

Once an acquaintance of mine got employed at a very low salary by an institute. During that time she was unemployed for almost 3 years and the institution she applied was a new field to her. She knew it was going to be tough but she took up that call and remain faithful even after 3 years. With outstanding skills and combined experience of about 6 years she is a praiseworthy assets to many budding companies that are ready to through handsome packages on her hand holding. But even with a 30% less compensation during the hard times of that institute she stood by without getting salary for 1.5 months and worked hard for bring up the company sales.

Her dedication was rewarded with 60% increment on the companies success.

It is very important to hold hands of the employees during tough times and flourish opportunity to the skilled ones. Anyone could be an assets to the company at any point of time.


Hence these were the few points I wanted to share and let everyone know that
