So what is this Corona Virus (COVID19): It is an infectious disease caused by a newly discovered virus.

This Virus has caused a lot of imbalance across the globe. But unlike all other challenges we faced, we will win this too.

The most important question we should ask our self is what is the value we have added during these tough times?

Times are grave, uncertain, testing and it is more so because of our mindset. Most of the limitations that we experience is largely defined, supported and given energy by our own perceptions. We need to change these perceptions, genuinely raise our expectations and the limitations will begin to fade away.

Trust me on this, when I say it. Read it to validate yourself.

A shout out to all professionals entering the workforce. If you thought that the times are bad, organizations have stopped hiring and you are almost but done with your career even without starting it, it is time for you to rethink your strategy and act accordingly.

We need to be nimble and adaptive to thrive in different sectors and environments. While the current crisis has put the limelight on some of the inherent concerns, all the business will continue to play a crucial role in the revival and the growth of the economy.

Strategic professionals and innovative mindsets have and will always continue to be in great demand.

Having said that, few of the best minds, the pre-eminent and multi skilled will easily sail through this crisis. The ones with the attitude of “chalta hai bhai” will find it very tough to sail through these difficult times.

The Pandemic has affected the business globally for sure but it has not brought down the business to Zero.  It has just taken us a few years behind.

Our targets to be successful from here on should be

Evolve as if you were never what you are today.

Have an attitude that you are no one and you know nothing, so we reinvent our self like never before.

Keep pushing the limit further.

Remain positive, the world will never be the same again.

Always lean into the future, even if the world changes around you or against you

Treat your co workers, customers, clients and everyone around you as an invited guest to your party.

Our only limit is our mind, let’s break that limits.

We don’t have to be smarter than the rest; we need to be disciplined than the rest.

Working hard for something we don’t care about is called stress. Working hard for something we love is called Passion.

Rich mindsets get paid for results and poor mindsets get paid for their time.

Be it a business man or a working professional; always understand that we need to sell solutions to problems.
