History has told us that basics always remain and rest all efforts contribute as supporting agents.Corona is there so there has been a search of newer opportunities like digitalisation.However We have seen since inception that doctor-patient-pharma association is more real than virtual.Doctor cant afford to have seamless and productive outcome with digital consultations.Some have tried it through recently innovated platforms ,however as of today none is comfortable with it.
There is a reason to innovate such models because management institutions use esoteric jargon to impress the companies so that new elite management jobs are created but in reality it does not add value to anyone.Doctor need products and information ,period.Patient likewise needs treatment both physically and emotionally.Hence, pharma companies need to address just that and not prevaricate the essence of medical services which is to address the doctor and the patient in the most factual manner.
The whole reason of being an important part of the chain is defeated when we ,undesirably, use sophisticated models coined by intellectuals that goes over the head of our users.Thinking tangent wont serve anybody ,however it would lead to more complex situation where we would lose our customers and give chance to low quality locally supplied generics .These convoluted solutions would lead us no where and we would only get pain in the shape of compromising services and unwanted layoffs.
