The case has been moved yet again to another judge (#5 or #6) and is now under the Honorable Judge Stacey Romeo with court attorney Angela R. Szewczyk.
In the ongoing spirit of transparency and giving credit where credit is due, I would like to acknowledge the efforts of Catherine Elise Mendola Muskin, formerly of the Cornell University Office of Institutional Equity and Title IX and who is currently working for the City of Ithaca as the Assistant City Attorney.
I wanted to share this information to continue assisting law enforcement and interested stakeholders and continuing to try to connect the dots to the situation stemming out of Cayuga County, NY. Catherine Elise Mendola Muskin played a key role in both the active defamation of my character in order to discredit what I was reporting, as well as willfully and knowingly, with intent withholding criminal information that was reported to her regarding drug dealing that is supporting a child molestation ring that involves several Cornell University employees.
Catherine and other Cornell University administrators, including Anthony Bellamy, Cornell University Chief of Police, were provided information from other people in addition to myself but undertook an active campaign to conceal the information in order to prevent Cornell University from losing its federal funding due to the Title IX violations, as well as the state funding due to the illegal activities being undertaken by employees, specifically working at the Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations. Catherine is part of the support team of unethical legal professionals in Cayuga County, NY supporting the corruption of the government.
