The?Adaptive Packaging Machine
Together with Rotzinger PharmaPack and additional partners from CoreTigo's ecosystem, we developed the?Adaptive Packaging Machine.
Watch this video and see how a single packaging machine handles multiple package types and product designs, with automatic changeover, and minimum footprint, resulting in maximum capacity while maintaining full flexibility. This is a multi-carrier system with IO-Link Wireless controlled grippers at high speed. The asynchronous control of each mover allows the change of package variations while in motion. It supports multiple product types and reduces changeover, thus enabling multi-package variations (Single, Double, Triple, etc.).

Rockwell Automation honored us by awarding CoreTigo as Technology Partner of the Year 2023 EMEA.?
Rockwell?noted the reason for this choice was that CoreTigo’s disruptive technology is used in customer applications which have enabled the complete transformation of how their products are produced. Dramatically increasing throughput, quick changeover, and easy access to field data.?

TigoCounter
We've recently launched the?TigoCounter C1.
TigoCounter is an IO-Link Wireless Counter device that connects to a Digital output and enables object counting capabilities along with the transmission of the data wirelessly to an IO-Link Wireless Master.
It is used for a variety of industrial applications, such as object counting of products on a moving conveyor, motor rotation counting, or power consumption metering.
Expansion?in Italy
CoreTigo continues to expand in Italy and consequently established?new connections in the Italian industrial field. This takes place in the form of strengthening CoreTigo's relationship with Siboni - Italy's leading servo motor manufacturer (read in?English/German)?and?NEVA SGR's strategic investment?in CoreTigo.
