In todays world clients are spoiled for choice and with the ever-increasing use of AI, the world of professional services has changed. This has resulted in the role of a trusted adviser emerging as a critical differentiator. It is the linchpin to cultivating a loyal clientele, nurturing referrals, and crafting a reputation that surpasses mere transactions. An excellent approach, Lee! You could easily, in my opinion, substitute the term Trusted Advisor for Leader and the term Client for Colleague and apply the same core skills. These skills lie at the heart of understanding where we are and determining where we need to be in order to work together on how we get from one to the other.
