The Core Principle of Success That Is Least Understood!

Today, I was hit by an amazing news of one of my ex-client (1.5 years back) getting an executive leadership role with multiple geographies under her in a large company

Thing is, just 1.5 years back, she was a BA!

BA to be executive leader in 1.5 years!

Hmm!

This article is about the BIGGEST change she brought about in her life.

But before that I have to share my own story a bit!

In 2018, I made a total 17,600$ in the whole year as a full time coach.

I had just started my coaching business.

Honestly, I thought being an Ex-Director, Cognizant, with a name tag like Microsoft, should have given me enough kickstart.

But so far it was only giving Kicks!!??

I knew it would be hard work but "facing failure" hard-work?

Nope! NEVER expected it.

I felt miserable!

I had produced results with the Pro-Bonos, few paid clients and had gained confidence as a coach.

But that was it. The end of the year calculation of 17,600$ revenue was a smack in the face.

But you know what - most people I tell this story to say - "you have to go through the pain to make things happen".

Yes, thank you, very motivational!

BUT

Did I have to go through UNNECESSARY pain?

Looking back, I know what I was doing wrong.

I was constantly making the huge mistake of lack of focus, not knowing which path to take, trying a lot of things without any certainty and pretty much acted like a headless chicken!

I was doing the same thing with more zeal and energy!

Someone wise once said,

If you do the same thing that you have always done before, you will still get the same results that you got

It was failing and feeling really crappy!

And the one thing that shifted everything was leverage.

Leveraging others was the single biggest reason that took me from that 17,600$ a year to now more than that in a week!

I wouldn’t have been living the life I am living today unless I had found people I could leverage!

In fact, the results like mine and that story of the client in the start of this article is no longer an exception - but a norm!
