Core of Our Leadership Is In Our Reflex

“Self-leadership is the process by which you influence yourself to achieve your objectives.” Self leadership equates to the leadership competencies of Self Observation and Self Management but most importantly self-leadership impacts all aspect of your life, your health, your career and your relationships. ... Google brings us this knowledge on Self-Leadership! ... Most of us would agree and many may wish to share additional learning which would complement self-learning and enhance our own understanding. Is it a driving force?
It is obvious that most of the time we will control what we aware of and we will not be able to control things which we are not aware! This leads us to explore our own self, our capability to understand, lead and communicate, create a winning team or be part of it, make an impact by actively being involved/engaged. Now, how we can keep us with the momentum ! With the increasing challenges and expectations we have, how we can coupe easily and be the champion of adapting with our own strengths and limitations? Answer is self awareness! Consistent learning and sharing, transitioning self through the uncertainty, fear of failure, inability to handle sudden success.
Life goes on! If we are not aware, who we are and what we want and how to achieve that? Then there is another way for us to give us a push ... a harder push can probably give us a good start that we are expecting. That push can come from various different routes ... Knowingly, From a mentor, from a Coach, from a realization or from socialization. You never know which one is going to be effective for you and which one is going to come towards you. All of us are very different, so is our thoughts ... very very unique and that is the interesting thing of knowing a different person and a different leader.
No matter how great leadership influences we have in our life, we are our own and we lead ourselves the most! So if we are facing a crisis, lets dissect our own-self and do it professionally to bring the best that we need. Setting a goal obviously helps but it will have to be attached with our passion. Monitor the steps and actions taken, see the path you are creating and see the path you will need to cover!
Lets move forward and lets reflect who we are, what we want and how we want. Critically important is by when do we want? Isn't it leading us to a very powerful feeling called satisfaction/dissatisfaction? Is it also leading to success then? Imagination of self reflection is really helpful. So Lets Work To Create A Better Version of our own life. Yes, only we can do that...

5 年Impressive !! Let us implement a practice of living by self-awareness amongst your leadership team and see how is the transition in the organisation looks like. You have huge impact on the performance and engagement of the? leadership team if we do it .?? Also, role of HR is to is create a coaching culture among the leaders with mandarte for them to coach others ,? and this will automatically raise the self-esteem of the employee working with them. What we need is; a high performing and engaged employee. This is the best route to follow.
