Our Still Core-Self Nature & Our Active Ego-Self Functioning

?? When we consciously allow our total somatic awareness to sink with each inhalation into our body's center point of gravity just two inches below our navel, we naturally fall away from our heady ego-self identity with its endless thinking and mental chatter about I, me, and mine. This is how we begin to bodily experience the inborn stillness and boundless intimacy of our Core-Self intelligence. By inborn, I mean that the felt experience of our still Core-Self intelligence is not cerebrally generated nor culturally or socially conditioned like the development of our ego-self identity and our thinking mind. In fact, to consciously experience the vast intelligent stillness of our Core-Self is to instantly realize that our Core-Self is the original inborn Self that exists within all human beings no matter the degree or quality of their mental or emotional intelligence, the maturity or immaturity of their ego-self development, as well as their distinct gender, race, age, color, creed, sexual orientation, or national origin.

To consciously heed the still intelligent guidance of our Core-Self is to spontaneously promote and sustain our physical well-being, our personal growth, our behavioral wisdom, our fearless peace, our loving nature, and our lucid compassion for self and others.?

When we live from the boundless intimacy of our Core-Self, we liberate the joyful clarity, wonder, and curiosity of our beginner’s heartmind. This is also how we enliven and revitalize the ecstatic and ever-fresh nature of our everyday life and relationships while practicing, advocating, and advancing freedom, equality, inclusion, unity, and diversity for all human beings. ??Thank You!
