Core business principles
Experiences throughout life form ingrained thought patterns and processes. These ultimately become virtually invisible filters through which we see and make decisions; it is the foundation of our Rule of Thumb (ROT) decision making.
A Chief Executive Officer (CEO) has 2 primary responsibilities;
1. Vision; create, own, and communicate the vision, make sure everyone understands.
2. Environment; create an environment in which the Vision can be successfully achieved.
Business must be good for everyone to be good business.
Technology is a highly customizable and ever evolving set of tools; its use is not the objective.
The better the objective is defined the better the result.
You don't know what you don't know. Ask!
Remember the holiday ham story.
