Copyediting Checklist
- Structure: Check your copy headline, lead paragraph, and body content. It should be in-sync.

- Language: Make use of basic words everyday language which people understands, short paragraphs, lists and subheads as it will help the reader to comprehend the copy.
- Avoid unnecessary phrases: Refrain from using inessential long phrases as it might bore the readers.
- Proper use of Pronouns
- Photos and graphics should enhance the post
- Correct Terminology & usage
- Consistency: Numbers, measurements, abbreviations, acronyms, and captions should be consistent.
- Accuracy: Name of people, places, title, quotation, link URLs, statistics and other facts are correct and checked.
- Complete Content and information: make sure there aren't any incomplete information or sentences.
- Copyrights and Acknowledgments are in place and order.
- SEO keywords and phrases should be adequately incorporated without affecting the tone and structure of copy.
- Double Check: Let others check the copy before publishing.
