We're excited to be participating in the HRDS 2024, on this special occasion we will be presenting a full Ultra VR experience and two major Florida hospitality projects in which we were working: The Andaz Miami Beach and The St. Regis Longboat Key.
3DUS introduces Ultra VR, an innovative technology that enables immersive experiences through walking tours, augmented reality, and virtual reality like never before.?
Andaz Miami Beach
The highly anticipated Andaz Miami Beach is set to open in late 2024, transforming the former Confidante Miami Beach through an extensive renovation. The property will feature a new ocean view check-in experience, reimagined culinary offerings in partnership with the José Andrés Group, and an updated pool area. We assisted the design team at EoA by providing 3D renderings that played a key role in the design process, ensuring that the vision for this luxury property is brought to life in meticulous detail.

St. Regis Longboat Key
The soon-to-open St. Regis Longboat Key is already creating a buzz as it begins accepting reservations. Scheduled to welcome guests this summer, this luxury resort boasts 168 guest rooms, including 26 suites with terraces and a grand Presidential Suite. With amenities like an infinity-edge pool, a winding river with cascading waterfalls, and a wildlife lagoon, the St. Regis Longboat Key promises an unforgettable experience. Our team created detailed 3D renderings that have been instrumental in allowing the resort to open reservations early, helping potential guests envision the comfort and style of their future stay.
