What’s New in ezto - March 2024

ezto is pleased to present to you the first edition of our newsletter, which provides the latest updates on our product.

At ezto verify, we redefine identity verification with advanced technologies such as ID verification, biometrics, FIDO, silent device verification, push verification, liveness checks, and much more.

In this newsletter, let's explore the latest features and improvements added to ezto verify in the 5.1.1 release.

Enhanced Consent Details

ezto takes your data security seriously. Our latest upgrade includes comprehensive consent details. This now includes vital information such as IP address, browser, device, location, and date & time. Your data is now better protected than ever.

Downloads Page

Accessing ezto apps just got easier! Navigate seamlessly through our new Downloads page in the dashboard, designed for quick access to our ezto verify Mobile Apps, ezto verify SDKs, and ezto verify Desktop Apps.

Queue

Queue in result notification way enables you to use Apache Kafka to obtain results.

Secure Messaging

Messages are securely sent to the user's registered mobile app which eliminates the security gaps associated with sending OTP via SMS. The sender can also view the user’s details, including IP, location, and time upon the user's confirmation.

Validate Email and Phone

Ensure authenticity by validating the provided email and phone number.

JSON Based Form

Customize forms and templates effortlessly using a structured JSON format which puts you in control.

Device Verification

Enhance security with device verification to ensure that the process occurs only on registered devices.

Device Management

Device management APIs make enabling, disabling, and deleting registered devices easy.

Expanded Authentication Way

Seamlessly integrate with Azure B2C and Desktop which adds your options for authentication.

Desktop
Azure B2C

Gatepass

The new Gatepass feature available within the application allows the admin to set rules and ensure that the expected flow is triggered only when rules are met.

Revamped Templates

Set individual templates for Onboarding and Verification within the application that give you more customization and control over user verification.

Notifications for Hook Failures

Admins receive notifications for Hook failures. If there are repeated failures, the application will be disabled.

Enhanced Web SDK Experience

Web SDK flows improved for a smoother user experience. Instead of opening a new tab, the verification process takes place in a small window on the same page.

Automatic QR Transition

Push notifications now automatically switch to a QR code if the push notification mechanism fails.

As we wrap up this newsletter, we want you to know that each enhancement and feature introduced is crafted with your needs in mind. We've made these additions to empower the verification you perform using ezto verify.

User’s satisfaction and success drive us. If you have any questions or require further assistance in exploring these new features, our dedicated team is here to support you. Please reach out through the support email.
