One important step that I made was to write procedures and checklists for me to remove the mundane tasks from thinking to automatic Also, I scheduled days for certain activity so it could not take over my life.. For example, I only interview on Mondays and Tuesdays.

4 个月Points 1 and 4 are so good Alex Fact is, podcasting isn't easy. To be consistent, your "why" has to come from a deep place. Point 4 resonates because investing in yourself means better equipment, better editing, and team members, which?generally will contribute to the quality and growth of that podcast.
