WHAT CAN WE EXPECT IN 2025? (Including the good, the bad and the ugly)

This upheaval is precisely why I pioneered the concept of Corporate Agility. In my talks, I often open with: “Get Agile or Die.” It may sound harsh, but it’s the undeniable truth in today’s rapidly shifting landscape. The silver lining? The Ugly

1. Mass Unemployment: Entire industries could vanish overnight without effective reskilling and Agility strategies. Lack of Agility traits will make mass unemployment considerable worse.
2. AI Weaponization: Autonomous warfare and cyber threats will escalate without global regulations.
3. Manipulation: AI-driven misinformation could undermine trust in democracies.
4. Existential Risks: Unchecked AI development could lead to catastrophic consequences.
