Copy of VAST DataBase: Data Professional Overview

Whew! I just finished writing about how the storage world used the term data management differently than how we data professionals use it, and then comes along VAST Data , talking about their new platform, including a VAST DataBase. This is not a database the way we think of them; it's a set of components and a database engine that come together to provide several data services.

Some of the features of the VAST Data Platform and VAST DataBase include:
