SINBON offers professional custom handle wiring harnesses that can accurately connect different surgical equipment mainframes to instrument handles. These handle wiring harnesses can transmit power, control signals, or high-definition video signals at high speeds. According to customer needs, SINBON can also provide composite high-speed transmission harnesses that integrate pipelines and light sources.

Different handle wiring harnesses have different characteristics, and the functions that need to be controlled and transmitted from the device to the handle are also different. Regardless, since handle wiring harnesses come into contact with patients or healthcare professionals, the selection of materials must consider biocompatibility and comfortable handling. Besides, based on sterilization and sanitation requirements, the handle wiring harnesses must withstand high-temperature steam sterilization cycles at 137°C, achieve an IP68 waterproof rating, and meet patient and operator protection requirements for patients and healthcare professionals.
